Vitória de Santo Antão abre agendamento para inscrições do Minha Casa, Minha Vida nesta quarta-feira (15)
Procedimento segue até 14 de agosto e é destinado às famílias interessadas nas 400 novas moradias em construção no Residencial do Cedro
A Prefeitura da Vitória de Santo Antão, por meio da Agência Municipal de Habitação e Regularização Fundiária, inicia nesta quarta-feira, 15 de julho, o agendamento para as inscrições do programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, através do site: www.prefeituradavitoria.pe.gov.br/minhacasaminhavida. O prazo segue até o dia 14 de agosto.
A iniciativa está relacionada ao programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, do Governo Federal e às 400 novas unidades habitacionais que estão sendo construídas no Residencial do Cedro. O empreendimento integra a Faixa 1/FAR do programa do Governo Federal, em parceria com o município, e é voltado para famílias com renda mensal de até R$ 3.200.
O primeiro passo para participar do processo é realizar o agendamento pelo portal oficial da Prefeitura. Após escolher a data e o horário, o interessado deverá comparecer presencialmente ao local indicado, levando toda a documentação exigida.
Depois da entrega dos documentos, a Caixa Econômica Federal será responsável pela análise das informações apresentadas. Concluída essa etapa, os beneficiários contemplados serão convocados para a assinatura dos contratos.
Para fazer o agendamento, o interessado deve:
- Acessar o portal da Prefeitura da Vitória de Santo Antão;
- Preencher os dados solicitados e agendar a inscrição presencial;
- Comparecer ao local, na data e no horário marcados, com toda a documentação exigida;
- Aguardar a análise documental realizada pela Caixa Econômica Federal;
- Acompanhar a convocação dos beneficiários para a assinatura do contrato.
Entre os documentos solicitados estão documento oficial com foto, CPF, NIS, certidão correspondente ao estado civil e comprovante de residência atualizado. Dependendo da composição familiar, também poderão ser exigidas certidões de nascimento de crianças e adolescentes, documentos de idosos e laudos médicos com CID para pessoas com deficiência, câncer, doença rara, crônica ou degenerativa. A relação completa varia conforme o estado civil e está disponível no portal.
A Prefeitura alerta ainda que, o Cadastro Único precisa estar atualizado e nos casos de transferência do Cadastro Único para o município da Vitória de Santo Antão, somente serão consideradas as transferências realizadas até 31 de dezembro de 2025.
O agendamento representa apenas a primeira etapa do processo. A inscrição e a apresentação da documentação não garantem, automaticamente, a concessão da unidade habitacional, que dependerá da análise e dos critérios estabelecidos pelo programa.
